Usage: clientedit clid={clientID} [client_properties...]

Permissions:
  b_client_modify_description
  b_client_set_talk_power

Description:
  Changes a clients settings using given properties.
  For detailed information, see Client Properties.

Parameters:
  clid : integer : id of client
  client_nickname : Nickname of the client
  client_is_talker : Indicates whether the client is able to talk or not
  client_description : Brief description of the client (max 200 chars)
  client_is_channel_commander : Indicates whether the client is a channel commander or not
  client_icon_id : CRC32 checksum of the client icon
