Description:
  Updates the flag_read property of the offline message specified with `msgid`.
  If flag is set to `1`, the message will be marked as read.

Parameters:
  msgid : integer : id of message
  flag : integer : when `1`, mark as read; otherwise unread

Example:
  messageupdateflag msgid=4 flag=1
