Usage: serverstop sid={serverID} [reasonmsg={text}]

Permissions:
  b_virtualserver_stop_any
  b_virtualserver_stop

Description:
  Stops the virtual server specified with sid. Depending on your permissions,
  you're able to stop either your own virtual server only or all virtual
  servers in the server instance. The reasonmsg parameter specifies a 
  text message that is sent to the clients before the client disconnects.

Parameters:
  sid : integer : ID of the virtual server to stop
  reasonmsg : The reason you wish to send to the clients
  
Example:
  serverstop sid=1 reasonmsg=subscription\sexpired
  error id=0 msg=ok
